More surgery

Big day tomorrow! No rest for us, Ada is having her surgery to put in a more permanent IV Line or port. Some of you may remember that this type of surgery was done before we started chemo, and things went sideways and Ada ended up with an open chest surgery. Tim and I are hella scared for tomorrow, and I know we are not the only ones. Personally, Im following Disa’s example when faced with a big hurdle: deep breath, set your shoulders (and your jaw), say “Big Up!” and keep scrabbling till you get to the top of the hill (or coffee table in a posh shop where everyone immediately judges the parents🙀). Thank you for your love, support in all its forms, and for your wonderful, genuine humanity❤💜💗
