This year, Valentines Day rounds off an incredibly hard week for us. Ada’s results are back, she has high-risk neuroblastoma in multiple sites. It’s on the more serious and rare end of the spectrum.

Luckily she has top-notch oncology and surgical team. She has a minimum of 18 months of treatment ahead of her, which will include chemo, surgery, bone marrow transplants x 2 and radiation therapy.

Today she is having surgery to put her permanent IV port in, take some biopsies and also take out an ovary to keep on ice because the therapy combo is very strong. If all goes well she will start chemo tomorrow, which will go on for about 4 or 5 months.

At the moment what we need most is love and support, pop in for a visit at the Hospital if you want, bring some snacks and a smile, and most of all send Ada your thoughts of love and healing💚💜
